These Terms & Conditions apply when you use herjoymovement.com or purchase products or services from HerJoy Movement. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
HerJoy Movement may offer physical journals, digital journals/downloads, reflective wellbeing resources, movement-based resources, community experiences, waitlists and institutional/bulk supply. Product descriptions, availability and prices shown on the website may be updated from time to time.
HerJoy Movement provides wellbeing, reflection and community resources. Our website, journals, prompts, movement content and community material are not medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counselling or a substitute for professional healthcare. Please use your own judgement and seek appropriate professional support where needed.
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected product at the price shown, together with any applicable delivery charge. You will have an opportunity to review and correct your order before payment. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment method clearly identified at checkout. If a pricing or listing error is obvious, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.
Physical products are subject to availability. Colours and printed appearance may vary slightly between screens, print runs and devices. Delivery information is set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Digital products are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise. You must not resell, redistribute, reproduce, upload, share or commercially exploit a digital HerJoy product without written permission.
Where you request immediate access to digital content during the statutory cancellation period, checkout must ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the download or access begins, as required by applicable law.
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee availability, price, launch date or allocation unless we expressly state otherwise. If no payment is taken when you join the waitlist, joining it does not create a purchase contract.
Institutional and bulk orders are handled through enquiry and quotation rather than standard consumer checkout unless stated otherwise. Any quotation may set out quantity, pricing, delivery, payment, lead time, samples and other terms specific to that order. Where agreed quotation terms conflict with these general terms, the agreed quotation terms will apply to that institutional order.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience of the product. We may moderate or remove reviews that are spam, abusive, unlawful, misleading, unrelated to the product, contain personal information, or appear not to reflect a genuine experience. We will not create or knowingly publish fake customer reviews.
The HerJoy Movement name, branding, website copy, journal content, prompts, illustrations, downloads and other original materials are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to HerJoy Movement and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without permission, except where law permits.
Some HerJoy community experiences or links may be hosted through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or social-media services. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. Please use community spaces respectfully and do not share another member’s personal information or story outside the space without permission.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. HerJoy Movement is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, HerJoy Movement is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your place of residence.
