We want you to feel clear about what happens if you change your mind or something is wrong with your order. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible physical-product order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email connect@herjoymovement.com within the cancellation period with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you should return the item within 14 days to the returns address we provide.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise our responsibility, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. We may make a lawful deduction if handling has reduced the value beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the item.
Where a cancellation right applies, we will make the required refund within the legally applicable period. For returned goods, this is generally within 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.
Where required by law, the refund will include the basic/standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially not as described, contact connect@herjoymovement.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights. Your legal rights in relation to faulty goods are not limited by this policy.
Digital products are treated differently from physical goods. If you ask us to supply digital content immediately, checkout should obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.
If the required consent/acknowledgement has been given and the download or access has begun, a change-of-mind refund will not normally be available. This does not remove your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or you otherwise have a remedy under applicable law.
Institutional and bulk purchases may be produced, priced or fulfilled according to an agreed quotation. Cancellation, returns and refund arrangements for those orders will be stated in the applicable quotation/order confirmation and will not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Processing time after we issue a refund may depend on your bank or payment provider.
