This policy applies to physical products purchased through HerJoy Movement. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Available delivery destinations will be shown at checkout. If your country or location is not available at checkout, please contact connect@herjoymovement.com before placing an order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated or displayed before you complete checkout. The total amount payable will be shown before payment.
Estimated production, dispatch and delivery times will be shown on the product page, checkout or order confirmation where available. Some physical products may be printed or fulfilled on demand, so dispatch may not be immediate.
Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.
We may use a specialist printing/fulfilment partner, such as Bookvault or another confirmed provider, to produce and dispatch physical products. We may share the delivery information needed to fulfil your order with that provider and the relevant courier.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or dispatch.
If your order is materially delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact connect@herjoymovement.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment/delivery provider and provide the appropriate next steps. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, additional taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them. Please check local requirements before ordering.
Digital purchases are supplied electronically, normally through a download link, account access or email following successful payment. If you have not received access, check your spam/junk folder and then contact connect@herjoymovement.com.
